henry ford museum

If you haven't ever been to the Henry Ford Museum you should really go right away. Or at least before September 5 when the Baseball As America exhibit leaves.

Some highlights from our trip...

This is the actual vehicle that JFK was riding in when he was assassinated. It has undergone a makeover or two but it was still cool to see.

This is the bus Rosa Park was riding on when she refused to give up her seat. It too has undergone a makeover. Still cool to see it in person, especially after getting the amazing opportunity to pay my respects to Mrs. Parks back in October.

Unfortunately cameras weren't allowed in the actual Baseball As America exhibit so I just took this photo outside the exhibit.

I love the wienermobile.
