wanted: cook

I had planned on making a wonderful looking recipe for spinach and cheese strata for dinner tonight. I just read over the recipe to figure out what time I should start cooking. All looked good until I got to the part that read "Chill strata, covered with plastic wrap, at least 8 hours." Ooops. No strata for us tonight! Sorry Jesse!!
