Jesse and I met Phil and Karen for lunch today at the Grizzly Peak Brewpub in Ann Arbor. Their menu had a couple new things on there so I tried the patty melt burger. It kind of sucked a little bit. Why did they think it was a good idea to put a round hamburger on oval pieces of bread?
Phil and Karen are awesome. I met Phil several years ago when I was working at the American Red Cross and he was a volunteer. Last year Jesse and I got to attend Phil's surprise 70th birthday party. My favorite line from lunch was when Phil said, "Jerry had to get his urethra enlarged." Good times to be had by all...except Jerry.
